The single most important factor in print quality is image resolution. Always aim for at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the print size. Our editor will warn you if an image is too low resolution.
Smartphone cameras are more than capable of producing print-quality images. An iPhone or modern Android phone typically captures images at 12–50 megapixels, which is perfect for our products.
Be mindful of lighting. Natural, diffused light produces the best results. Avoid harsh flash photography, which can wash out faces and create unflattering shadows.
File format matters: JPEG is the best choice for photos (smaller file size, great quality). PNG is ideal for graphics, logos, or images with transparent backgrounds. Both formats are supported in our editor.
Color accuracy: what you see on screen may differ slightly from print due to the difference between RGB (screen) and CMYK (print). Our printing process is calibrated to minimize these differences, but vibrant neon colors may appear slightly muted in print.
