Printedin offers new features and enhancements for printed material buyers and printing houses.

We continue our relentless pursuit of greater efficiency, performance, and stability for every project. We’re making it easier to work smarter and process print purchasing faster when using Printedin.

Purchase order

The new Purchase order feature allows buyers to sign and send the purchase agreement document to the producer to finalize offer.

Purchase orders provide benefits in that they streamline the purchasing process to a standard procedure. Purchase orders allow buyers to clearly and explicitly communicate their intentions to printing houses. Printing houses are also protected by purchase orders in case of a buyer’s refusal to pay for goods or services. A purchase order, once accepted by the vendor or supplier, is a legally binding contract between the two parties.

This feature is only available to printed material buyers with a Printedin Professional or Printedin Enterprise subscription.

Certificates

Certification refers to standards intended to determine if a product or company meets certain characteristics.

As a printing house, it allows you to introduce your company in more detail. In this way, you are more likely to appear in the narrowed search criteria of printed material buyers.

Filtering within the producers

Segments and filters let you restrict the printing houses shown in the list according to certain selection criteria. When selecting a filter condition from the list, choices vary depending on the type of field you’re filtering on. You can choose multiple criteria when filtering.

This feature is only available to printed material buyers with a Printedin Enterprise subscription.

Company page

The focus of the Company Page is to provide the public with a brief, easy to scan overview of your company. Printing houses can amplify the reach of their company page content by sharing it out.

This feature is only available to printing houses with a Printedin Professional or Printedin Enterprise subscription.

Document archiving

Document archiving feature lets you securely storing information that you no longer use regularly. It’s important because it stops you losing data, keeps documents organised and easy to access and helps your business meet legal requirements for auditing.

This feature is only available to printed material buyers and printing houses with a Printedin Enterprise subscription.

Introducing Printedin Enterprise

The new Printedin Enterprise subscription is to help large businesses address the following challenges across their print purchasing organizations:

You will gain access to the printing house database and filter over content.
By using Printedin Enterprise, you will directly reach the right printing houses without any intermediaries.
Reaching up-to-date information faster also helps you increase your purchasing speed, and decrease your costs.

Updates to our Privacy Policy and Membership Policy

Additions have been made to the Privacy Policy to clarify privacy for payment service providers.

In order to introduce the new Printedin Enterprise membership, amendments and additions have been made to the Membership Policy.

New languages

Printedin adds seven new languages, Greek, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Japanese, Portuguese and Ukrainian, increasing the total to 20.
