Why pay for the service?

As a paying customer, you are at the center of our business. Our service, even with a “free” account, has a cost. Your business life’s details pass through email, messaging and file sharing. Companies that monetize your data owe you a lot more than a “free” account for what they get! Here, the arrangement is clear and simple. You come first, and your privacy is always protected.

How do i change my account details?

To change your account details, go to PREFERENCES - ACCOUNT PROFILE.

On this page you will be able to change your given name, family name.

How do i change my password?

To change your account details, go to PREFERENCES - SECURITY.

On this page you will be able to change your password.

How do i change my email address?

After you have registered and activated your account, click on the PREFERENCES - EMAIL ADDRESS to change your email address. This email address will be your Account Login, and our primary means of communication with you.

Once you enter your new email address and click “Submit” button, you will immediately get your confirmation email. Click confirmation link in order to verify your email address change request.

The email address registered on your account is used for verification purposes, important updates and restoring account access. It is important to keep this up to date.

NOTE: You can use one email address per one account. It is not possible to use the same email address for more accounts.

How do i change my phone number?

After you have registered and activated your account, click on the PREFERENCES - PHONE NUMBER to change your phone number. This phone number will be our primary means of communication with you.

If your phone number is not verified, click “Send PIN to verify” button, you will immediately get your PIN code via SMS. Enter your 6-digit PIN sent to your phone number, then submit your PIN to verify your phone number.

The phone number registered on your account is used for verification purposes, important updates and restoring account access. It is important to keep this up to date.

NOTE: You can use one phone number per one account. It is not possible to use the same phone number for more accounts.

How do i change my company profile?

To change your company profile, go to PREFERENCES - COMPANY PROFILE.

On this page you will be able to change your company name, tax number, company size, company overview, and product and service locations if you are a producer.

How do i change my company location?

To change your company location information, go to PREFERENCES - LOCATION.

On this page you will be able to change your address, city, district or state, country, zip code.

How to block and report a contact

You can stop receiving messages, and price offers from certain contacts by blocking them. You can also report them if you think they are sending problematic content or spam.

To block a contact, Account > Privacy > Blocked contacts

To report a contact, Account > Privacy > Blocked contacts > Report

How do i manage subscriptions?

You can manage your subscriptions in BILLING. Each subscriptions has a status:

  • Active: The customer has complete the payment successfully and the subscription is ongoing.
  • Cancelled: The subscription was cancelled by site owner or members, this subscription will show Cancelled status. The customer is no longer billed, and they will no longer be able to access Membership Services.
  • Payment Failed: A renewal payment has failed. The customer is no longer billed, and they will no longer be able to access Membership Services.

As account owner, you can manually cancel a subscription in the Subscription Detail page. Upon cancellation, your account will no longer have access to Membership Services, and will no longer be billed.

In Subscription History section, you can see the history of events relating to this subscription, including each payment time.

How can i cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to BILLING.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling a subscription will not result in a refund.

Cancelling your subscription will not effect your profile. You will still have your profile and contents.

How can i close my account?

To close your account, go to PREFERENCES.

It’s important to note that we support the cancellation of an account as well as the deletion of an account. The definition of the two functions are different.

Deleting Your Account

Before deleting your account, please note that if you delete your account, we cannot recover it. For privacy reasons, we do not keep copies of any information that you’ve actively removed from the platform. For this reason, please be absolutely sure it’s what you want to do before confirming the deletion of your account.

If you’ve decided that you still want to delete your account and permanently remove all associated content, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in and go to PREFERENCES - ACCOUNT.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click DELETE ACCOUNT
  3. An overlay screen will appear that will ask you to confirm the deletion. Read it carefully to be certain deleting your account is what you wish to do.
  4. Follow the confirmation link in the email you receive
  5. Once your account has been deleted, a final confirmation email will be sent.

Note: Deleting your account will permanently delete all of its content. No content and statistics belonging to your account can be recovered.

Where can I find existing projects to quote on?

You can access print jobs suitable for you through INBOX menu under RfQ section.

Printed material buyers choose the product type and the location of the printing houses, therefore you have to fall into both categories in order to receive RfQs, system will only get you the requests that you will have high chance of getting the order.

If there is no any print jobs listed, it is probably because there is no any quotation matching your criteria right now from printed material buyers. However, you will be notified via email when a quotation fall into your category of production and your location.

I cannot finalize my registration, because I could not receive any PIN code via SMS.

If you cannot receive and confirm the PIN code, you will not be able to continue with your account registration. So double-check when you are entering your phone number!

The PIN code should arrive almost instantly. If it takes more than 2 minutes, try again: there may have been temporary network issues or delays with your service provider.

Why do I need to verify my phone number?

When you register for an account, we need to make sure that we have your correct phone number associated with your account and it is not being used on many different accounts. Phone number verification ensures your information is accurate and up-to-date. It also allows us to text or call you if something comes up during your processes.
