1. Declaration of Conformity

PrintedIn products are manufactured by Optimal Trading LLC LTD (registered in England, Company No. 14228479) at our production facility in İstanbul, Türkiye. For the products we print we issue a Letter of Conformity, which you are welcome to download and pass on to your own customers or importers.

It covers board books, card games and puzzles, and confirms compliance with the EU Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC.

3. Materials and Inks

What the products are made of:

• Board books — white card board, 250 gsm laminated to 250 gsm, with an optional matt or gloss film.
• Card games — 300 gsm cardstock with rounded corners, supplied in a two-piece rigid greyboard box.
• Puzzles — a printed face mounted on board and die-cut into pieces, supplied in a two-piece rigid greyboard box.
• Inks — CMYK process inks, non-toxic and AZO-free.

4. What This Document Says, and What It Does Not

Stated plainly, so that nobody relies on more than we hold:

• It is a manufacturer's declaration of conformity. It is not a third-party certificate, and we do not describe our products as “EN 71 certified”.
• It rests on material test reports and supplier declarations held on file for the materials we print on.
• It applies to our standard production. A job printed on material you supply or specify is not covered unless we confirm so in writing.

5. Requesting Documents

Copies of the underlying test reports and supplier declarations are available on request. If you need a declaration naming your company, order number or production batch, we will issue one for your order.
